Men's Soccer Concludes Regular Season | Tie Tiffin 0-0

Findlay, Ohio – The University of Findlay men's soccer team closed out the regular season with a hard-fought 0-0 draw against Tiffin University on Tuesday, November 4, at DeHaven Field.

Both teams showcased strong defensive efforts throughout the match. Senior goalkeeper Keegan Grant anchored the Oiler defense with an impressive eight saves, earning his fifth shutout of the season.

Findlay generated 10 total shots, with five on goal, led by senior Tom Middleham who tallied three attempts, including two on target. Sophomore  Joey Chirco, junior Carson Oberski, and junior Emerson Layman also recorded shots on goal for the Oilers.

Despite several promising chances, neither side could find the back of the net. Tiffin held a slight edge in total shots (16-10) and corners (6-3), but Findlay's back line held firm under pressure.

The draw moves the Oilers to 9-5-3 overall and 8-3-3 in G-MAC play, while Tiffin finishes at 11-2-4 (10-1-3 G-MAC). 

Findlay is set to host their next match which is the Great Midwest Championship quarterfinals on Saturday, November 8, at DeHaven Field.
