Nikki Hintze has been named vice president of enrollment and marketing for the University of Findlay. Her appointment was approved by the UF Board of Trustees at their February 20 meeting.
University of Findlay President Katherine Fell, Ph.D., noted that Hintze brings 15 years of experience in higher education enrollment management and student services to UF’s leadership team.
Hintze has been a UF employee for five years, serving as the director of graduate admissions, senior director and assistant vice president of admissions, and most recently, interim vice president of admissions.
“Nikki’s enthusiasm, collaborative approach, and knowledge of current trends and practices in enrollment management are vital as the University connects with the specific interests and needs of each of our prospective students,” President Fell said. “She will focus on enhancing our marketing strategies, leveraging data, and creating personalized experiences for students.”
Hintze previously served at Tiffin University, as director of graduate admissions and student services, and graduate and distance education academic advising. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Heidelberg University and a master’s of business administration and leadership from Tiffin University.
As UF’s vice president of enrollment and marketing, she oversees undergraduate, graduate, transfer, international, and online admissions, along with financial aid, and marketing and communications.
“Every decision and initiative in enrollment and marketing directly impacts our ability to attract, retain, and support students, making it the backbone of our success,” Hintze explained. “It is essential that we continue to innovate and adapt to remain competitive. By aligning our strategies with the needs and aspirations of prospective students, we can ensure that UF continues to grow, thrive, and provide an exceptional education to all who choose to join our community.”
