The Tournament
The 2025 Great Midwest Men's Soccer Championship Tournament kicks off on November 8, with the top six teams competing at the home sites of the higher seeds. Semifinal matches are set for November 13 on the campus of the highest remaining seed, followed by the championship match on November 15.
This year marks the 14th edition of the Men's Soccer Championship Tournament. Findlay captured its first-ever G-MAC title last season with a 1-0 victory over Kentucky Wesleyan, while Cedarville and Tiffin lead all programs with three championships each.

One year removed from a historic title, the Oilers are back in the Great Midwest Men's Soccer Championship looking to defend their crown. Entering the tournament as the fourth-seed, the Oilers recorded a 9-5-3 mark on the year with an 8-3-3 record in league play.
Findlay enters the quarterfinal matchup averaging 1.71 goals per game, the second-highest mark in the conference. Defensively, the Oilers allow just 1.53 goals per contest, ranking sixth in the league.
Senior Tom Middleham is at the forefront of the Oilers' offensive efforts, leading the Orange and Black with seven goals scored this season. He is averaging .412 goals per contest, the fifth-most in the G-MAC. Junior Carson Oberski adds another offensive spark for the Oilers, tallying six goals on the year while ranking sixth in the conference with 2.13 shots per game.
Notably, eight other Oilers have also contributed goals, showcasing a well-balanced offensive effort.
Senior Keegan Grant remains a steady presence in goal for Findlay. The goalkeeper has logged 1,457 minutes in net, holding a 9-5-3 record. He has accumulated 67 saves while allowing 26 goals for a save percentage of 0.720, the third-best in the conference.

The University of Findlay is ranked ninth and is one of four teams from the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) to appear in the poll. The Oilers last, and only, appearance in the NCAA Tournament came back in 2019.
