Indianapolis, Ind. - Senior Bryan Hunt was named the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Athlete of the Week as released on Monday, Sep. 8. The honor comes after leading the Oilers to a 38-35 win over the #17 Indianapolis Greyhounds of the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC), marking the first home win against a ranked opponent since 2009.
The Oak Park, Ill. native powered the Oilers' offense with two first-half touchdowns. He broke loose for a 34-yard rushing score and added four receptions for 48 yards, including a touchdown with just three seconds left in the half to give Findlay a 21-17 lead, a lead they never gave back.
